In this video we demonstrate a great power exercise to build rotary power for a golfer, or any rotary athlete. We are building intermuscular coordination (how muscles work together to create a movement) and power within the anterior sling. The key of this drill is to not extend though the spine and to keep the down hip strong and stable.

Only When an athlete learns to connect their feet to the ground can the rest of the movement chain be complete.
