In the opening round of the 2018 World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions, Patrick Reed carded an 8-under 64 to take the solo lead over Xander Schauffele and Tony Finau.

One of the best fields in golf will be on hand, including 2014 champion Dustin Johnson, 2018 U.S. Open and PGA Championship winner Brooks Koepka, and 2018 Masters winner Patrick Reed, along with The Open Championship 2018 winner Francesco Molinari and four-time major winner Rory McIlroy. Newly crowned FedExCup champ Justin Rose will be in Shanghai to defend his HSBC Champions title.
