Mobility Training with Blair O'Neal

Only When an athlete learns to connect their feet to the ground can the rest of the movement chain be complete. This is a great drill to active the posterior chain and eccentricly load the hamstrings. Instead of passively stretching the next time you feel tight try this drill. Always control the entire movement.
