  • Capital Canyon Club is one of the oldest golf courses in Arizona – originally Hassayampa Country Club
  • Built in 1919 as a 9-hole dirt course Hassayampa CC remained open until 1969
  • In 1996, the Hassayampa residential area was developed and the 9-hole dirt course was expanded to an 18-hole par 71 Tom Weiskopf designed golf course
  • First round of golf on the new Hassayampa Golf Club was July 20, 1998
  • Hassayampa Golf Club went bankrupt in November 2012 and closed its doors
  • Former member of HGC (Jerre Stead) purchased the entire golf course in September 2014
  • Grand Opening of Capital Canyon Club was held July 4, 2015
  • Capital Canyon Club – The name comes from – Capital (Prescott was the territorial capital of Arizona in 1864), Canyon (in commemoration of the Grand Canyon State) Club
  • CCC is Prescott’s Premier Golf and Social Club and offers several membership opportunities
  • CCC is a great venue for guests to hold weddings, receptions, life celebrations, charity or corporate golf outings. Membership at the Club is not required to book any of these functions.
