The goal of this exercise is to work on the dialing of the hands and shoulders and keeping the pelvis tucked to protect the lower body while holding the plank. Start by dialing the hands and shoulders and then tuck the pelvis when holding the plank. Make sure to squeeze the glutes hard to protect the low back.
